STAPLE RETAINING STRIP

The Staple Retaining Strip was developed to prevent injury to hands and puncture of linemen's gloves. Its design allows wire staples to be dispensed safely and easily under all weather conditions while wearing linemen's rubber or canvas gloves.

Each strip is pre-loaded with 10 staples by hand at the lineman's quarters or jobsite. Each unit is folded in half and placed in a tool pouch or clipped onto a lineman's belt. To use the device, the Staple Retaining Strip is unfolded, and a staple is place and held over the pole ground with with one hand. The lineman hammers the staple in with his other hand (see picture above), pulling the strip away before completely hammering the staple home.
The Staple Retaining Strip comes in six sizes covering wire staple O.D.'s from 7/16" to 1". Contact us for proper sizing or more information.
